1. Our guest house is the private house that you can use the entire house.

2. When you make a reservation, please choose either HOUSE1 or HOUSE2.

3. You can check your reservation availability through SCHEDULE section

4. You can reserve the guest house on RESERVATION section. Please fill out the form.

5. The reservation will be confirmed after payment is completed.

6. You can check your reservation confirmation or cancellation by email.

7. In the case of a reservation request with more than a month left to check-in, the minimum stay date is two nights.

[House 1] is 220,000 KRW per night for 4 people or less.

[House 2] is 110,000 KRW per night for 2 people or less.

* If guests are added, an additional charge of 30,000 KRW per person & night will be added.

- It will be added on weekend and July, August, December :  [House 1] 260,000 KRW (4ppl ↓)  /  [House 2] 132,000 KRW (4ppl ↓)

- The cleaning fee will be 50,000 won extra.

- In some cases, we may ask for a deposit.

- You have to get permission in advance to use space for commercial filming.

[하우스 1 ]는 4인 이하의 기본요금은 1박당 220,000원 입니다.

[하우스 2 ]는 2인 이하의 기본요금은 1박당 110,000원 입니다.

* 투숙객이 추가되면 1박당 1인 3만원의 추가요금이 발생됩니다.

- 주말(휴일 전일 포함)과 성수기(7월,8월,12월) 주중은 가산된 요금이 기본요금으로 적용됩니다. (하우스1 : 260,000원 / 하우스2: 132,000원)

- 예약 건당 1회 청소비 50,000원이 추가 됩니다. 

- 예약에 따라 보증금이 발생될 수 있습니다.

- 상업적 촬영이나 대관 문의는 별도로 문의 주시기 바랍니다.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation and 14 days prior to your check-in, the full fee will be refunded.

If you cancel within 7 days left before check-in, 50 percent of the fee will be refunded.

If you cancel the check-in date or less than 7 days before check-in, you will not be refunded.

체크인이 14일 이상 남은 경우, 예약 후 48시간 이내에 취소하시면  요금의 전액이 환불됩니다.

체크인 7일 전에 취소할 경우 요금의 50%가 환불됩니다.

체크인까지 7일이 남지 않은 시점에 취소할 경우 환불되지 않습니다.

01.The guest is responsible for the loss and damage of facilities and equipment.

02.There is no parking lot available around the house. You can use a nearby paid parking lot.

03.Do not smoke in the house (We will request for compensation 300$ if the curtains and blanket remain cigarette smell).

04.Not allowed to grill, fry, or cook /fish meat in the house.

05.Please recycle your trash. (plastic, paper-box, bottle, can)

06.The CAM in front of the outside door is for guests’ safety and convenience, these premises are protected by surveillance camera.

07.Please keep your check-in time and check-out time. CHECK IN : From 5pm / CHECK OUT : Before 11am

08.Please let us know if early check-in or late check-out are needed. Additional charges may be added.

09.Depending on the situation, we can keep your luggage. (it's free)

10.Those who do not have a reservation are not allowed. There will be an additional cost of 50$ per person when checking the additional personnel.

11.The bedding set is provided based on the number of people on reservation.

01.시설 및 비품의 분실 및 파손에 대한 책임은 게스트에게 있습니다.

02.전용 주차장은 없습니다. 인근의 유료주차장을 이용하셔야 합니다.

03.실내 금연입니다. (냄새가 베일경우 클리닝 비용 30만원을 보상을 청구합니다.)

04. 생선구이, 튀김, 고기 굽는 조리는 금합니다.

05.쓰레기는 분리수거 해주세요.

06.외부에 시설 보호 및 고객 안전을 위한 CCTV가 있습니다.

07.입실과 퇴실 시간을 준수해주세요. (입실 오후 5시 이후, 퇴실 오전 11시 이전)

08.빠른 입실과 늦은 퇴실은 미리 알려주셔야 합니다. 이에 따른 비용이 청구 될 수 있습니다.

09.상황에 따라 무료로 짐 보관이 가능 할 수 있습니다.

10.예약 인원 이외의 방문객은 입실 할 수 없습니다. 추가인원 확인 시 인당 5만원의 추가비용이 발생됩니다. 또한 강제 퇴실 조치될 수 있습니다.

11.침구류는 예약 인원에 맞춰 제공됩니다.

1.     For living room area : Beam projector(#1) smart TV(#2), hair dryer, mirror, multi adapters, dehumidifier and bluetooth speaker

2.     For cooling and heating system: air-conditioner for each room and floor Heating system

3.     For kitchen area : Nespresso, refrigerator, microwave, induction, cooking utensils, electric kettle, bowls and cups

4.     For laundry area :washing machine, detergent, drying rack and iron with iron board

5.     For bathroom : shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels (100% cotton),

(Tooth brush and toothpaste should be prepare by yourself for environmental protection.)

2.     침실 마다 개별 에어컨 설치, 바닥 온돌 난방

3.     주방 : 네스프레소, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 인덕션, 전기포트, 요리기구 및 그릇류

4.     세탁 : 세탁기, 세탁세제, 빨래건조대, 다리미 및 다리미 판

5.     화장실 : 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시, 순면 타올 (환경보호를 위해 일회용 치솔, 치약은 준비되어 있지 않습니다.)
